Jennifer Kwoon
Jennifer is an organizational psychologist who specializes in designing and delivering compelling programs on leadership, multiculturalism, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her work focuses on empowering businesses and individuals alike to promote happier, healthier, and more productive working cultures. She has worked in a variety of industries including non-profit healthcare, commercial banking, mortgage banking, film and media, and themed entertainment in Los Angeles, CA. Jennifer earned her PhD in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, focusing her studies on power dynamics in the workplace.

Victoria Wang
Victoria Wang grew up in Qingdao, China. She holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Notre Dame, and a bachelor's degree from The University of Alabama. Victoria has expertise in assurance and advisory. She has provided services to multiple Fortune 500 companies, and IPO clients. She has a leadership role at Pan-Asian nonprofit organization where she organizes events focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion among the ERG/BRG leaders. She has a passion for education and has provided coaching to many minority students and professionals.

Victoria Spano
Victoria graduated with honors from the Creative Industries Program at Ryerson University, Canada in 2019. She is a continuous learner with skills and work experience ranging in film, marketing & communications, content creation, human resources, and digital media strategies. With a background in both filmmaking and business, Victoria possesses a creative eye and love of storytelling, as well as the business acumen needed to materialize the team’s visions and bring them to life. Passionate about academia, communications, film, diverse cultures, and constantly finding ways to bridge the gaps between them all.
